Cleveland’s ill-conceived new policing commission driving good officers from the city’s police department

Is it a surprise to anyone that the culture of the Cleveland Police Department remains negative?

Our brave officers now have to contend with the Community Police Commission, a group that has NO IDEA what it’s like to be on the front lines.

Is a coincidence that officers are leaving the force in record numbers with no one willing to step in to replace them? It’s like getting your yearly performance review done by someone located in another country who you’ve never even met and has no idea what it takes to successfully do your job.

This was Cleveland’s worst decision EVER and that’s saying allot. We’re doomed.
