CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio — One person is in the hospital after a stabbing at a popular state park, police said.
Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) officers responded to a call about a stabbing at Stonelick State Park in Clermont County around 10:30 p.m. Thursday, investigators said.
When they arrived, they found one stabbing victim.
ODNR said officers were told that two people were involved in a dispute when one person pulled out a knife and stabbed the other.
That victim was taken to the hospital by a medial helicopter, Clermont County dispatchers said. They are expected to be okay, according to an ODNR press release.
The suspect, Kevin A. Lawrence, was taken into custody and charged with felonious assault, investigators said.
