According to recent permits, two Buc-ee’s gas stations, convenience stores, and fast-casual dining locations will be coming to nearby Nashville suburbs this summer and next fall. To start, Buc-ee’s will open a location in Clarksville off the I-24 this summer, then it will open another location in Murfreesboro slated for September of 2024.

The Buc-ee’s Clarksville location will offer an address of 1198 Tylertown Rd. An exact grand opening is not currently known.

Buc-ee’s, a national chain of super-sized country stores and gas stations, recently opened its largest location to date, and the largest travel center in the world, in Sevierville, Tennessee this week. The location comes in at a whopping 74,000 square feet and offers travelers 120 gas pumps.

The location in Sevierville brings Buc-ee’s Tennessee locations to two, with its other location in Crossville. The brand is seeing impressive growth by opening two more Tennessee locations in two years and doubling its number of stores in the state. Roughly two-thirds of all Buc-ee’s are located in Texas, where the company has its headquarters.

The gas station with the cult following was founded in 1982 by Arch “Beaver” Aplin, who later partnered with Don Wasek to expand the business. Now, the company has 46 locations across the nation, with more on the way.

Most well-known for its beaver nuggets and brisket sandwiches, the fast-casual dining options at Buc-ee’s range from barbecue, pre-packaged sandwiches, banana pudding, Tex-Mex style breakfast tacos and burritos, fudge, and kolaches all made in-house.

What Now Nashville reached out to Buc-ee’s officials for comment but did not immediately receive a response. For additional updates, customers can follow Buc-ee’s on Facebook and Instagram.
