CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Clarksville High senior Imari Berry has officially been rated as a top 10 recruit in the class of 2024, according to an update on the ESPN recruiting rankings.

Berry is currently ranked seventh overall, and the third best guard in her class.

She has continued to climb ESPN rankings since the beginning of her junior season. Going into the 2022-23 season, Berry was ranked as a four-star recruit and the 32nd best player in her class.

Then in April, after being named a Miss Basketball finalist for the second consecutive year, Berry was given the status of a five-star recruit. The updated rankings in April showed she had jumped 20 spots to 12th overall in the class of 2024.

Berry is coming off a season where she averaged 26.1 points per game and helped lead the Wildcats to a state tournament, quarterfinal appearance.

She remains uncommitted for the time being, but her decision will take place over the next year. Berry has received a number of offers from top tier programs, including the University of Tennessee and Connecticut.
