CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Downtown Clarksville Association this week hosted its First Thursday Art Walk a free, self-guided tour covering a five-block radius combining visual art, live music, engaging events, and more in the heart of downtown.

West Creek Middle School art teacher Sarah Spillers, with her “Nashville Nights,” was featured at the Downtown Artists Cooperative. Jim Diehr, who retired from Austin Peay State University as the dean of Arts and Letters, displayed his paintings and sculpture at First Presbyterian Church.

A few of the other local participants on Thursday included City Boy Country Life, Roxy Regional Theatre, and Artlink Clarksville.
