CLARKSVILLE, TN – Friday, May 26, Clarksville Academy celebrated the Class of 2023’s Commencement. Head of School Jennifer Hinote reflected on the class’s achievements, accolades and experiences as students of Clarksville Academy.
This class of 40 included, one State Champion, two AP Scholars, one Mr. Football Winner, one Mr. Basketball Finalist, 21 students with a 4.0 GPA, they earned Dual Enrollment and Advanced Placement credits valued at $231,000 and they earned $3.4 million in scholarship awards.
Thirty-three percent signed to play athletics collegiately and will attend nine in-state schools and 13 out-of-state schools, six of these are private institutions and 16 are public institutions. Austin Peay State University President Dr. Michael Licari addressed the class with his inspirational remarks as this class embarked on the new chapter of their lives.
