CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Clarksville Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating a runaway juvenile, 14-year-old Jaquan Pinckney.
He was last seen on the evening of May 23 at his residence on Canterbury Road, according to Clarksville Police. Jaquan is 5-foot-6, weighs about 130 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.
