Update, 6:30 p.m.: Khadijah Titington and Keith Rugante were both taken into custody at about 9 a.m. Thursday and booked into the Montgomery County Jail, according to CPD. CPD is still looking for 24-year-old Khalil Titington.

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Police are trying to locate two people who are wanted for a shooting this month in Summit Heights.
On March 18, a woman was shot once in the back, and her wounds were considered non-life threatening. She has since been released from the hospital.
Khalil Titington, 24, and Khadijah Titington, 23, are siblings who both have warrants for aggravated assault and vehicle burglary.
Khadijah Titington may be with Keith Rugante, who has an evading warrant and a contempt warrant for his arrest. Rugante may be in a red or maroon Nissan with front-end damage.
Three suspects have already been arrested in this case.
