CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Addison at Rossview, a 205-unit apartment complex located at 200 Holland Drive in Clarksville, has been purchased by Minneapolis-based Timberland Partners, a real estate investment, management and development firm.

Timberland Partners owns and manages a portfolio of 87 communities in 17 states, totaling nearly 20,000 apartment units. The company has a strong foundation in both the Nashville market and the state of Tennessee, with 10 apartment properties in the state. One of those is the Fountains at Meadowood, located just a few miles away from Addison at Rossview.

The company said in a press release that the 205-unit community was purchased with the proceeds from two recent property sales.

“The Addison at Rossview is an ideal addition to our portfolio and further solidifies our footprint in the desirable greater Nashville area and the state of Tennessee. The growth taking place in the market presents an excellent opportunity for our partners,” said Aaron Spiegle, acquisitions specialist for Timberland Partners.

The release noted that Clarksville is a thriving business and manufacturing district with employers like LG Chem, Hankook USA, FedEx, Google and Microvast, who have all made significant investments and expansions in recent years, with more growth on the horizon. The company added that Industry analysts predict there will be 3,700 new manufacturing jobs within six miles of the Addison at Rossview Apartments by 2030.
