May 18-20

Kiwanis Rodeo

Where: Montgomery County 4-H Arena, 1921 Rossview Road
When: Thursday-Saturday, May 18, 19, 20, gates open at 5:30; rodeo begins at 7:30 p.m. each night.
Cost: $15 for adults, $8 for children 2-12 in advance. At the door, $20 for adults and $15 for children 2-12.
Details: The 34th annual Bill Hoy Clarksville Kiwanis Rodeo, a PRCA ProRodeo Event, features steer wrestling, team roping, barrel racing, bull riding and more.

May 19

Downtown @ Sundown

Where: Downtown Commons, 215 Legion St.
When: Friday, May 19, from 7-9 p.m.
Cost: Free
Details: Concert series, this Friday featuring Local Night. Chairs and blankets are welcome; however, pets, coolers, smoking/vaping or outside alcohol are not allowed. Food and beverage trucks will be on site.

May 19-25

Week of the Eagles

Where: Various locations at Fort Campbell
When: May 19-25
Cost: Free
Details: Events include reunions, sports tournaments, an air assault demonstration, combatives, ceremonies and a division review.

May 20

End of School Bash

Where: Beachaven Vineyards & Winery, 1100 Dunlop Lane
When: 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, May 20
Cost: Admission is $10 per child then $5 after your second child.
Details: JumpMaster Inflatables presents over 15 bounce houses and obstacle courses, as well as bounce and slide combos, mini bounce houses (for the little ones), and games. Plus several local vendors and food trucks.

Jesus Spring Fling Thing

Where: Mt. Hermon Baptist Church, Fellowship Park, 5354 Ashland City Road
When: 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, May 20
Cost: Free
Details: Open car show, live music, free food, games for kids, inflatables, door prizes, custom trophies.

May 27

Jazz on the Lawn

Where: Beachaven Vineyards & Winery, 1100 Dunlop Lane
Details: Saturday, May 27, with music from 3-5 p.m. and 6:30-9:30 p.m.
Cost: $5 for ages 21 and up.
Details: Live music on the lawn, with Full Circle, then The Bicho Brothers. Food trucks will be on site.

June 1

Historic Collinsville Tennessee Statehood Day

Where: Historic Collinsville, 4711 Weakley Road, Southside
When: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, June 1
Cost: Free admission
Details: Historic Collinsville Pioneer Settlement in rural Montgomery County, enjoy the Traveling Caudell’s playing period music along with other special activities.

June 1-24

County Fair at the Roxy

Where: Roxy Regional Theatre, 100 Franklin St.
When: 7 p.m. Thursdays, 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, 2 p.m. matinee Saturdays from June 1-24.
Cost: Tickets are $35 (adults) and $15 (10 and under) online at www.roxyregionaltheatre.org, by phone at 931-645-7699, or at the theatre.
Details: Inspired by Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing and full of all country hits like “Chicken Fried,” “Hey Good Lookin’” and “Thank God I’m a Country Boy,” this is a musical comedy about sisters, community and being proud of where you come from.

Cooling at the Cave

Where: Dunbar Cave State Park, 401 Old Dunbar Cave Road
When: 7-10 p.m. Saturday, June 3, gates open at 6:30 p.m.
Cost: $65 per car or $25 per person for walk-ins. Tickets on Eventbrite.com
Details: Concert in the cave mouth featuring Red River Breeze, with proceeds benefitting Friends of Dunbar Cave.

June 10

Art in the Park

Where: Heritage Park, 1241 Peachers Mill Road
When: Saturday, June 10, 3-6 p.m.
Cost: Free
Details: Clarksville Parks and Recreation presents performances, activities, games and food trucks, as part of the Summer in the Park series.
