Reports indicate that Ezekiel Elliott has narrowed down his ideal landing spots to the Bengals, Eagles, and Jets.

We’ve yet to hear any rumblings out of Cincinnati, and only reports, via NBC Sports Philadelphia, that the Eagles are happy with their current situation – but we do have some semi-concrete thoughts from Gang Green, and they’re not necessarily favorable to Elliott.

“We love our running back room, I’ll just leave it at that,” head coach Robert Saleh said Monday at the NFL Owner’s Meetings.

Elliott is a free agent after being let go by the Cowboys following a season where he ran for a career-low 856 yards and added career-lows in catches and yards as well.

However, the Jets will likely have 2022 second-round pick Breece Hall back in the fold next season, as GM Joe Douglas said he is “doing great” in his recovery from a torn ACL when Douglas spoke at the NFL Combine last month. They also have 2021 pick Michael Carter and undrafted 2022 rookie Zonovan Knight, who shined late in the season after being called up from the practice squad.

It seems as if Hall and Carter agree with Saleh, as Hall Tweeted and later deleted “I think we good over here,” with Carter agreeing in a reply, in regards to Elliott’s interest.
