CINCINNATI — The Houston Texans reportedly agreed on a deal with left tackle Laremy Tunsil to reset the offensive tackle market.

Cincinnati's deal with Orlando Brown got even more palatable as Houston is paying Tunsil a new three-year, $75 million deal with $50 million guaranteed.

It's the third most total guaranteed money ever given to an offensive tackle and the highest average tackle salary in the league at $25 million. Tunsil eclipses Trent Williams at $23.01 million.

For context, Orlando Brown Jr.'s $16 million salary average ranks 17th among offensive tackles next season on Spotrac.

Tunsil is coming off a nice season with an 80 overall PFF grade, but he's not the locked-in top tackle week in and week out. He still reset the market with a rebuilding team that didn't have much leverage outside of money.

With Joe Burrow, winning (and money) should be a Bengals selling point for years to come.
