If you are a lover of breakfast food, you know there’s nothing like a hot, make-from-scratch breakfast served up just the way you like it. If you’re the kind of person who would rather sit back while someone else does all the cooking, there are a handful of breakfast-centric restaurants around greater Phoenix that cater specifically to hungry patrons just like you. And, recently, one of the top names in serving up breakfast around Arizona has announced it will not only open one new destination in the Valley but seven over the next two years.

Luck, whether owners want to admit it or not, plays a part in the eventual success or failure of a restaurant. This is especially the case when first starting out. A new restaurant can have excellent food, a prime location, and even quality marketing, but if luck isn’t on its side, the business will not survive. Sadly, that seems to be what has happened with one local restaurant, which officially closed up shop last week. While fans and patrons are holding out hope the business does return, as of today, the Phoenix establishment is no more after less than a year after opening (although it has left the door open for a possible return).
