Church donates bus to Humane Society
Our pets of the week are our many shelter dogs that are inside the shelter. There are 90 dogs/cats waiting for homes. Adopt don’t shop. Although not present, we want to thank the people involved in donating this wonderful vehicle. First of all the church, ReNew, who gifted it to the shelter, so it could take care of our animals like it took care of their children. We also want to thank Priscilla Stone for donating the money through her birthday funds for the cost of the graphics, Also Dudley Lemon for taking care of the Other Side and having the bus detailed. Then there’s Tubby T’s who did the design and put the graphics on the bus. What a great job was done by all and we are so thankful for this wonderful gift that the community provided to our Heber Springs Humane Society Shelter. Our President and board members thank everyone stating, “It will be well used to transport animals to and from spay/neuter clinics and adoption events.”
