CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — The Feast of the Flowering Moon, a popular festival in Chillicothe, Ohio, is set to celebrate its 40th anniversary this year with a three-day event over Memorial Day weekend. The festival will be held in downtown Chillicothe from May 26 to May 28, 2023.
As part of the milestone celebration, the Queen’s Program is searching for past Miss Feast Queens to participate in the event. Former Queens will have the opportunity to introduce themselves before the crowning of the 2023 Miss Feast of the Flowering Moon Queen on May 26. They will also attend the Queen’s Luncheon and participate in the 40th Anniversary Grand Memorial Day Parade on May 27.
Interested past Festival Queens can register on the festival’s website by clicking on the “Past Queens Registration” tab. The deadline for past Festival Queens to register is 4:00pm on April 28, 2023.
In addition to the Queen’s Program, the festival is also accepting applications for the 2023 Princess Pageant and Queen’s Pageant. Applications can be picked up at the Best Dress Boutique or downloaded from the festival’s website, and the deadline for submission is 5:00 pm on May 5, 2023.
