NORTHERN CALIFORNIA - 10:12 A.M. SUNDAY UPDATEÂ - 911 systems for the Sutter and Lassen sheriff's offices are back up and running as of Sunday morning.
There have been no updates regarding the Chico Police Department, Gridley Police Department, Butte County Sheriff's Office or Plumas County Sheriff's Office's 911 systems.
In a public safety advisories posted on social media on Saturday, for each department call the listed numbers:
- Chico Police Department non-emergency number - 530-897-4911
- Gridley Police Department non-emergency number - 530-846-5670
- Butte County Sheriff's Office non-emergency number - 530-538-7322
- Plumas County Sheriff's Office non-emergency number - 530-283-6300
Gridley Police Department said the phone outage may be isolated to Verizon.
There is no estimated restoration time as of yet.
