UPDATE, 12:10 PM:
The Gridley Police Department says they are also dealing with an outage to their 911 systems. The department says the outage may be exclusively affecting Verizon customers, but note their technicians are actively working to resolve the issue. They can still be reached through their emergency line at 530-846-5670.
The Butte County Sheriff's Office shared that they are dealing with the same sort of outage. Their emergency line is 530-538-7322.
The Lassen County Sheriff's Office provided an update on their outage as well. The department says that they are currently able to receive calls from all non-Verizon customers, and have contacted Verizon about the issue. They will share an update when the issue is fixed.

Chico Police Department (CPD) and Lassen County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) say that due to an AT&T outage, their 911 systems are down Saturday morning as of 8:46 a.m.
- To report an emergency within the City of Chico, CPD asks that you contact their non-emergency line at 530-897-4911.
- To report an emergency in Lassen County and the City of Susanville, LCSO asks that you contact their non-emergency line at 530-257-6121.
- CHP Redding says that Yuba City, Modoc County, and the City of Yreka are also being impacted by these outages.
