MCSO makes second arrest in 2022 Chickasaw murder
18-year-old Trevion Smiley-Collins was arrested Monday night
CHICKASAW, Ala. (WALA) - The Mobile County Sheriff’s Office has made a second arrest in the murder of Tristan Michael Bohannon.
According to investigators, Bohannon was shot at Paul Devine Park in October of 2022.
Mobile County Sheriff Paul Burch says it was a robbery attempt.
Eighteen-year-old Trevion Smiley-Collins was arrested Monday night and charged with two counts of first-degree robbery and murder.
Smiley-Collins is the second suspect arrested after Joseph Timmons was arrested back in December.

Timmons also faces the same charges.
MCSO said Smiley-Collins is also charged with receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance.
He’s scheduled to appear in court for a bond hearing Tuesday.
