(WBBM NEWSRADIO) – Several burger joints in the Chicago area have been singled out on Yelp’s list of “Top 100 Burgers” across the U.S.

The highest-ranking local restaurant on the list is Kuma’s Corner’s flagship location in Chicago’s Avondale neighborhood. The tavern-style eatery is known for its hulking burger concoctions. This month’s featured sandwich is known as the “Yakuza,” a 10-ounce patty topped with Togarashi aioli, Teriyaki sauce and pork belly.

Further down the list, at No. 81, is the Geneva Ale House.

Not all of Yelp’s top burgers are made of meat, and Chicago is represented in this manner as well.

The Chicago Diner, a pioneering vegan restaurant in Lake View, comes in at No. 59; Vegan Café in Lockport, at No. 62; and Can’t Believe it’s Not Meat was listed at No. 86 (it has Chicago and suburban locations).

Here is the complete list.
