General Hospital alum Anthony Geary reunites with Kelly Monaco but is not returning to Port Charles

Anthony Geary is not returning to GH

Now that Jonathan Jackson is returning to his role as Lucky Spencer on General Hospital, some Virginia fans wonder if Anthony Geary will return as Lucky's dad, Luke Spencer.

Even though the actor left the soap in 2015 and has been declared dead, and his ashes have spread, some of his followers still hold out hope. Soap Opera Spy ran an article saying Geary would return in 2023, but this was incorrect.

Geary has made his plans clear

The soap vet has made it clear he does not desire to be a part of GH, but some fans don't accept this.

"I really don’t want to die, collapsing in a heap, on that GH set one day. That wouldn’t be too poetic,” he continued with a laugh. “In fact, it would be poetically incorrect. I have another life and I want time to explore it. Ever since I discovered Amsterdam and made it my home, I have found my artistic and social fulfillment there.”

Geary has a reunion with Kelly Monaco

Recently TV Insider revealed that Kelly Monaco (Sam McCall) joined Geary in Amsterdam. It was great seeing them together, but Anthony Geary's followers should remember his words.

He has made it clear he is not returning to General Hospital and Lucas Lorenzo Spencer will not be returning from the dead and going to Port Charles.
