Litter Boom Already Showing Results
The litter boom on Chattanooga Creek collecting trash on Monday.
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF)- Recently we brought you a story about a litter boom that was installed on Chattanooga Creek near the Wheland Foundry Trailhead.
It was installed by Alabama based Osprey Initiatives
We’ve captured these pictures while out on walks as we have checked in on its progress.
In both pictures, the boom is collecting a large amount of trash from the creek.
We have reached to Osprey and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) to see if they have collected any data.
