A Chattanooga man is letting the world know that his daughter is not alone in her fight against cancer.
D'Andray Thomas shaved his hair off to support his daughter Brielle (“BriBri”) who is diagnosed with stage 4 nasopharyngeal cancer this past February.
It hasn't been an easy fight. BriBri is now undergoing chemotherapy, and had to shave off the remainder of her hair recently.
So her father thought he would surprise her and follow suit with his own hair.
The video he and his family made has since gone viral on Facebook.

I’m going through whatever you going through, we’ll go through it together always. There is NOTHING I wouldn’t do for mines. I love you BriBri

9 years worth of dreads cut off in support of his daughter who is fighting for her life.
"Initially before chemo even started, I'm like, 'I'm with you every step of the way. Whatever happens I'm gonna be with you and I'm gonna do whatever I can to be here to support you,'" says D'Andray.
BriBri was diagnosed with stage 4 Nasopharyngeal cancer this February and although it hasn’t been an easy fight, she uses her story to inspire others.
“I mean, if I tell them the story and how much people support you in it, and the love and prayers you get from other people, that can probably help somebody that's also going through it," says BriBri.
DeAndray launched the BriBri strong campaign that sells t shirts and bracelets in support of her cancer treatment. (Products can be bought at Nut'n But Guac in Chattanooga.)
“It's real trying. From having to take off work, to hours driving to hospitals and just being there being there for her when she's having them trying days. But we have so much support," says D'Andray.
A support that they say outweighs the struggles...
The brave BriBri has 7 more weeks of radiation and 1 more round of chemo left for her little body.
And the journey won’t keep her from having hope.
“Well, when I ring my bell for being cancer free, my dad's taking me on a cruise," says BriBri.
'I'm gonna take her to Hawaii and see the beautiful sights and make some memories there, says DeAndray
