CFC Look to Stay Unbeaten as Maryland Comes to Fort Finley

Chattanooga-(WDEF-TV) The CFC are still unbeaten this year in league play.
They’ll look to stay that way Saturday, as a tough Maryland team comes to town.

The CFC sit in first place after seven games.
But no need to blow bubbles and celebrate at this point. Yeah. Yeah.
Said midfielder Alex McGrath:”Well I mean you can’t look too much into it. Obviously you want to try and increase that gap at the top. But it’s still nice to be at the top of the table.”
It’s easy to see why Chattanooga is in first.
They lead the league in scoring, and they’ve allowed only one goal in league play.
Said head coach Rod Underwood:”Yeah I have no answers. I mean we just keep stopping them right. I mean our philosophy is to make it difficult right.”
Coach Underwood.
More like coach under sell.
Said Underwood:”Players make plays. That’s the most important thing. Guys make plays on both sides of hte ball. Whatever we want to say as caoches. Look I played the game. I don’t kick the ball in the goal. I don’t stop the ball from going in the goal.”
Makin’ plays and makin’ Maryland pay is the aim Saturday at Fort Finley.
Said forward Markus Naglestad:”We’re going to get the three points. It doesn’t matter who we play. Number 9 or number 2. It doesn’t matter. Especially at home. Three points is the only thing that matters.”
Said McGrath:”People are always wanting to come to Finley and beat CFC, so whoever turns up, it’s always going to be a challenge.”
