Chattanooga Police update on bicyclist struck Friday

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — A vehicle struck a 55-year-old bicyclist on Friday. Now, Chattanooga Police have released an update on the incident, and they have cited the person responsible.

The CPD said the bicyclist’s injuries are not as serious as they originally reported.

In addition, they identified Raquel Terry as the suspect. Police located Terry and cited her for failure to exercise due care, leaving the scene of an accident, driving on a revoked license and financial responsibility.

It happened at 1032 McCallie Avenue at around 3 a.m.
