Homeless would be happy with shacks but they idealize everything overly at Cville and make them wait for perfect housing and that's what's bogus.Meanwhile they're at bridges on methamphetamines from discouragement and since they get their only belongings stole.Cville's rich don't come with much common sense since they haven't had to be common.
