Gas down 10 cents in Toledo as average finally drops below $5 a gallon

TOLEDO, Ohio — Gas prices are under $5 a gallon in northwest Ohio for the first time in weeks. The average price for a gallon of gas fell 10.1 cents in Toledo last week for an average of $4.91, according to GasBuddy's daily survey of 315 stations. Prices are 49 cents higher than a month ago and $1.92 higher than a year ago.
