WORTH COUNTY, Mo. – A single vehicle accident in Worth County proves fatal for an Allendale resident Thursday afternoon. A report filed by the Missouri Highway Patrol states 73-year-old Max A. Calhoon was travelling northbound on Route T, when he crossed the oncoming lane and traveled off the left side of the roadway. His vehicle became airborne, landed, and continued a straight path, then became airborne a second time off an embankment and struck several trees before coming to rest in a pond.
