UPDATE: Carrsville crash results in fatality

A two-car crash in Carrsville ended with one driver dead and the other charged with reckless driving. Virginia State Police say 24-year-old Jose Ivan Marquex-Lizardi of Glen Allen ran a stop sign at the intersection of Holly Run Drive and Joyners Bridge Road.
