To add insult to injury, Adrian Houser gave up eight runs (five earned) in just four innings against the Cardinals. On the flipside, Cardinals’ starter Matt Liberatore shutout the Brewers through five innings. He had given up four runs in less than five innings in his first start of the season against the Pirates.
