Barneveld Woman Accused of D.W.I.

TOWN OF TRENTON-A 55 year old Barneveld woman is facing D.W.I. charges following a Saturday night vehicle stop in the Town of Trenton. New York State Police from the Remsen Barracks charged Christine A. Biagini with one count each of Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Blood Alcohol Count of .08 or greater-First Offense and Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense: both Class U misdemeanors. Biagini was released to a third party and will answer the charges in the Town of Trenton Court.

Frankfort hosts 2nd annual Harbor Fest

FRANKFORT, NY – A beautiful day Saturday, for the 2nd annual Frankfort Harbor Fest. Hundreds of people showed up at the Frankfort Marina to get a taste of what Frankfort and the surrounding area has to offer. Handshake.City kicked off its 6th annual Downtown GetDown Saturday morning at the Whitesboro Street park. The event included food, craft beer, vendors and music. Children were able to turn on police, fire and ambulance vehicles' lights and sirens as part of the Touch-a-Truck event put on with the Utica Fire Department and watch a Mercy Flight helicopter land at the park. Patrons also visited the various vendors set up at booths or Handshake.City's revamped shipping containers.
