Jersey Shore, Pa. — A 35-year-old Jersey Shore man confessed to stealing cash and garbage during an interview with members of the Lycoming Regional Police Department. Suspect steals more than $1,400 of tools from victim's workshop

Linden, Pa. — State police at Montoursville say someone broke into a victim's workshop and stole multiple power tools worth $1,404. The burglary occurred between 5:30 p.m. Jan. 5 and 3 p.m. Jan. 6 at a property on Little League Road in Limestone Township. Items taken include a Dewalt power drill, Husqvarna chainsaw, Dewalt dry wall gun, Pittsburg socket set, Dewalt 20-volt batteries, and a Skil saw 20-volt, The suspect also damaged a wooden door frame. A lane restriction will be in place Tuesday, Jan. 31 on Route 642 in Milton as crew performs a bridge inspection. A PennDOT crew will be inspecting the bridges that span the west branch of the Susquehanna River. There will be alternating lane closures with flagging between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m., weather permitting. Susan J. (Sellinger) Gibson, 76, of Salladasburg, passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at UPMC Williamsport. Susan was born on December 12, 1946 in Williamsport and was the daughter of the late Glenn L. and Lola Beryl (Smith) Sellinger. She had graduated from Jersey Shore High School in 1964 and obtained her Associate Degree from business school in Williamsport. She was a dedicated homemaker who had also worked at E H Hall, Westfield Tannery and STEP. Susan was also the tax collector for Salladasburg Borough for many years. She was a member of the Salladasburg United Methodist Church and enjoyed reading and playing cards.
