Webster County Returns to Kentucky's 'Red' COVID-19 Status

The Kentucky Department for Public Health currently shows Webster County as a "Red" county on its COVID-19 Incidence Rate map. According to the state health department's map, Webster County is currently averaging 30.9 new daily cases per 100,000 population (based on the last seven days). A county needs an average of 25 new daily cases to be classified as red.
