A man accused of beating up an elderly man in 2019 has been found guilty following a three-day trial, according to the Webb County District Attorney’s Office. A jury in the 49th District Court found Ricardo Jimenez guilty of aggravated assault causes serious bodily injury after 5 1/2 hours of deliberation.
