DETROIT – A desperate search for a missing teenager ended in tragedy Saturday night on Detroit’s east side. Multiple emergency crews arrived at a home on Keelson Drive at about 5:20 p.m. They were searching for a 15-year-old boy in the canal after police said he somehow ended up in the water.

Michigan Burger King employee pointed gun at drive-thru customers: report

A former Burger King employee in Michigan has a court date scheduled for next Thursday after being charged last week in connection with a weapons incident in April. Dustin Rocheleau, 24, of Garden City, allegedly pointed a handgun at some drive-thru customers while working at the drive-thru window of the restaurant in Livonia, about 20 miles west of Detroit, FOX 2 of Detroit reported.

I-96 Wrong-way Driver Slams into Motorcycle Killing Passenger

DETROIT, MI – On Saturday July 31st, 2021, at approximately 3:15 AM, MSP Detroit Regional Communication Center (DRCC) began receiving calls of a wrong-way driver traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes of I-96. Shortly after they began receiving calls of crash at eastbound I-96 and Meyers. Preliminary investigation revealed that the wrong way driver of a passenger car stuck a motorcycle that had a rider and passenger. The motorcycle caught fire.

Drive-by shooting in Pontiac, 4 suspects identified

An occupied house in Pontiac was shot at several times in a drive-by on Wednesday, according to the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office. No injuries were reported in the shooting, which happened shortly before 8:30 p.m. in the 50 block of Center Street. Two females, ages 16 and 37, were in the house at the time, the sheriff’s office said. Multiple shell casing were recovered from the street.
