State Police arrest Greenfield man for Grand Larceny

On January 26, 2023, State Police of Wilton arrested Edward W. Dano, 56, of Greenfield, on a warrant for Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree. On August 23, 2022, at about 3:36 p.m., Trooper received a complaint that money had been stolen from a victim’s bank account earlier that month. The investigation determined Dano used the victim’s bank card without the victim’s permission at multiple ATMs to withdraw over $1,000 and kept the money.
