A pedestrian died after an incident Thursday morning involving a tractor-trailer in the 100 block of Washington Avenue in Washington, the Warren County prosecutor said. An investigation was underway by Washington Township police and the county’s Fatal Accident Team, Prosecutor Jim Pfeiffer told lehighvalleylive.com. Details of what lead to the pedestrian’s death will be released once the probe is complete and family members have been notified, Pfeiffer said.
