Anita Louise Bertrand 82, of Oakley, passed away peacefully at her home, Tuesday, May 18, 2021. She was born August 24, 1938, in Herndon, KS, to Edward and Elizabeth (Leitner) Portschi. She graduated from Oberlin High School in 1956. On November 24, 1956, she married Gene Bertrand. Anita was a member of Oakley Christian Church.
