Mother leaves sleeping toddlers unattended: Avon Police Blotter

A woman was arrested for child endangering at 3:52 p.m. Nov. 5 for leaving her two children, both 2 years old, unattended in a store parking lot. A witness called police and said the children appeared to be in distress due to the 77 degree temperature. Officers determined that the children did not need medical treatment and questioned their mother when she came out of the store.

The Sailors Junior Varsity Girls basketball team lost to the Port Clinton Lady Redskin Junior varsity 32-58 monday evening. Abby Gawry and Joscelyn Alvarado led the Sailors with 12 points each. Man Accused of Car Theft Now Facing Federal Charges

(Fairview Park) - A man accused of stealing a car and then driving it onto a restricted area of Cleveland Hopkins International Airport is now facing federal charges. Isaac Woolley, 26, of Brunswick, was due in Rocky River Municipal Court on Monday to face charges of Grand Theft Motor Vehicle and Attempted Felonious Assault. However, Fairview Park Police Chief Paul Shepard says Wooley has been taken into custody by U.S. Marshals on a federal arrest warrant for having trespassed in a restricted area of the airport.
