Creston Weekend Police Report

(Creston) Creston Police reported two arrests over the weekend. Police arrested 32-year-old Kenny Joe Cunningham of Greenfield on Friday at the Creston Union County Law Enforcement Center. Authorities charged Cunningham with Assault. Officers transported Cunningham to the Union County Jail and released him later on a $300 cash or surety bond.

Creston Police report, 5/18/22

Officials with the Creston (Iowa) Police Department report a Union County woman was arrested Tuesday afternoon, at a woman’s clothing store, in Creston. 23-year-old Autumn Leann Booth, of Cromwell, was arrested for Theft in the 2nd Degree. She later posted a $5,000 cash or surety bond. And, at around 3-p.m. Tuesday, 18-year-old Damian Joseph Gibbons, of Creston, was arrested at the Union County Law Enforcement Center, on a warrant for Violation of Probation stemming from an original charge of Harassment in the 2nd Degree. Gibbons was being held without bond in the Union County Jail, pending an appearance before the magistrate.

4 arrested in Creston, Tuesday: 2 on burglary charges; 1 on assault & 1 on drug charges

(Creston, Iowa) – The Creston Police Department reports four arrests took place Tuesday (May 10). Early Tuesday morning, 18-year-old Damian Joseph Gibbons, of Creston, and 18-year-old Hunter James Tullis, of Corning, were arrested at 319 Sumner Street in Creston. Both men were charged with three counts of Burglary in the 3rd Degree, and Attempted Burglary in the 3rd Degree/1st offense. Gibbons was being held in the Adams County Jail on a $2,000 bond. Tullis was being held on bond amounting to $7,000.
