Tennessee man arrested for transporting mother’s corpse nearly 150 miles

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A Chattanooga, Tennessee, man is behind bars after police said that he drove his mother’s corpse to Nashville. Thomas Henshall Jr., 37, was charged Saturday morning with failure to report the discovery of a dead body and evidence tampering after he admitted to driving the corpse across several county lines, bypassing both authorities and medical attention along the way, WTVC reported.
