2022 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro Tires Revealed! Specs, Exterior and Bigger Load Capacity Teased

Fans finally got a first official look at the 2022 Toyota Tundra after the Japanese automaker was beaten to it by leaks, and it did not disappoint. As mentioned, the official unveiling only came out after images of the upcoming vehicle were leaked online. Autoevolution showed 15 photos of the car, featuring four color variants--White, Black, Brown and Red--as well as a look at the car on four different angles. Some of the photos appeared distorted, though, because they were taken from a computer screen.

One of the star cars at the 2021 Barrett-Jackson Las Vegas auction was undoubtedly the 1994 Toyota Supra driven by the late Paul Walker in the 2001 movie 'The Fast and the Furious.' One of the most iconic movie cars of all time, the Supra being auctioned off was used for interior and exterior shots in the first two Fast & Furious movies but it wasn't used for any of the racing scenes. Finished in distinctive Candy Orange pearl paint from a Lamborghini Diablo, the iconic Supra is fitted with a body kit featuring a custom front spoiler and side skirts that made it stand out in the hit films.

SARD's Tuned Toyota GR 86 Looks Ready to Race in "Gran Turismo"

The Toyota GR 86 isn't even on sale yet in the United States, yet we're already seeing tuned and restyled versions coming from the usual suspects out of Japan. The latest one is a product of SARD, a tuner and racing outfit specializing in Toyota products. The company is probably most recognizable to Americans as the creator of some race versions of the Toyota Supra in various versions of the Gran Turismo series of PlayStation games. One part of SARD's business even works on Toyota-powered powerboats. This GR 86, however, is a product of the company's street tuning arm, and the result looks a bit like a baby Lexus LFA.

Why the 2022 Toyota GR 86 Needs a Cheap, No-Frills Trim

Toyota's sports car was once available with steel wheels, unpainted bumpers, and no air-conditioning. But will we see this with the new one?. In the redesigned 2022 Toyota GR 86, Toyota has at last addressed customers' biggest request by giving the 86 more power. Its enlarged, now 2.4-liter flat-four produces 232 horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque, shoving it from zero to 60 mph almost a second quicker than the previous model. If there were anything left for Toyota to improve, it'd be the GR 86's already low price and weight, possibly by leaving out unnecessary stuff like touchscreens. Here's hoping Toyota chooses to do that from the factory, like it did with the stripped-out 2013 Toyota 86 RC.
