Commissioners hear ARPA requests from Shiloh, recorder

The Richland County commissioners received two more requests for American Rescue Plan Act funds that could put total pending requests over the county’s $23.7 million award. County Recorder Sarah Davis asked for just under $100,000 to upgrade the online search program for her office while Shiloh village officials requested $500,000 to help fund a $3 million water system improvement program that was discussed earlier this year.
