Detectives are on scene and more information will be released as soon as it is possible and appropriate to do so. Please stay away from the area while this investigation is ongoing.

County employees to receive pay increase in 2023

Tillamook county employees will be receiving a 5% pay increase in 2023. The county’s board of commissioners approved the increase for the county’s unionized employees at their November 23 meeting and signaled that they would do the same for nonunion employees shortly. School is out which means kids don’t have access to free breakfast or lunch. Mom and Dad are probably working so easy meals for kids to make help. Our seniors, many of whom have paved the way for their families to get by, deserve the wonderful food services we have available.
