As the calendar turns the page to July, Silver Lake Stockton Camp is preparing to be open for business. But in its 99th summer, camp for Stockton families escaping their city lives for a nature experience will have a completely different feel.

LODI – Adventist Health Lodi Memorial and several partners held an outreach and research event to decrease COVID-19 spread in the Hispanic population. On Saturday at First Baptist Church, more than a dozen volunteers conversed with Hispanic residents to identify key issues that might be contributing to the dramatic increase in confirmed cases. Hispanics comprise 37% of the population in Lodi, yet since June 1 account for 67% of confirmed COVID-19 cases.
