WATCH: Semi-Truck Flies Off Texas Overpass, Bursts Into Flames

A semi-truck driver has reportedly passed away after a collision forced his vehicle to tumble off a highway in Texas earlier this week. According to the Allen Police Department, the accident occurred when the semi-truck was traveling northbound on US-75 on Tuesday (September 20th). Unfortunately, the truck collided with another vehicle just before 3 p.m. sending it flying off the right side of the overpass and crashing into the service below. To make matters worse, the large vehicle then burst into flames. The driver of the other vehicle was not injured.

Texas state man seriously injured when UTV rolls on top of him in Audrain County

A Texas state man is seriously injured when a UTV overturns on top of him in Audrain County. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says Christopher Carrillo, 38, of San Antonio, Texas, was using an UTV to plow through a cornfield near the areas of Route AA and Route K, about six miles west of Vandalia, Wednesday evening. Troopers say the vehicle overturned and landed on top of Carrillo.

Semi truck flips over barrier on Texas overpass, killing driver

An 18-wheeler semi truck flipped over the barrier of a highway overpass in Texas on Tuesday, 20 September, killing the driver at the scene.Footage shows the big rig losing control on the overpass, before flipping over a concrete barrier onto the road below about an hour north of Dallas. Tractor-trailer driver killed after truck flies off Texas overpass, bursts into flames

A tractor-trailer driver died after a collision forced his truck to tumble off a highway overpass in Texas before bursting into flames, according to police and reports. The big rig appeared to be traveling northbound on US-75 when it collided with another vehicle just before 3 p.m. on Tuesday, according to the Allen Police Department. The crash forced the truck to fly off the right side of the overpass and crash into the service road below, killing the driver, police said.  Dashcam video footage obtained by WFAA shows the moment the 18-wheeler careens off the overpass, flipping 180 degrees on its back before catching fire. The truck driver was later identified as Gustavo Gomez, 71, WFAA reported. The other driver was not injured, police said. Letters and packages were strewn about the roadway following the crash, some with United States Postal Service markings, according to the outlet.  USPS later confirmed that Gomez was a contractor delivering mail for the postal service. The crash, which occurred about 30 miles north of downtown Dallas, caused major delays in the area as clean-up crews and investigators worked at the scene, according to Allen officials.

ECTOR COUNTY, Texas — The Texas Department of Transportation has released information on a six-car crash on I-20 Monday that injured five people. According to DPS, preliminary information shows that around 4:50 p.m., a truck tractor with trailer was driving eastbound on I-20, near the 104 mile marker, when it rear-ended a vehicle also driving eastbound.
