TAMPA, Fla. — Crews are clearing the way for a new affordable housing complex in Tampa’s University area. An affordable housing complex is being built in Tampa’s University area. Uptown Sky will make available housing for 61 families. Low-and moderate-income families will be able to apply in the next year.
