What Should I Do With My White Privilege at Work?

I am a white woman who was recently promoted to a high-level administrative position in my school district. At the same time, highly experienced and qualified Black women were displaced from their leadership positions. While the school district is requiring all employees to address issues of race and equity, our hiring practices do not reflect these values. I am challenged by my decision to continue to hold my leadership role and my position in the midst of these conflicting messages, actions and values. What can I do to address these inconsistencies and this discrimination?

Jul 28 - White Cop kills black woman because she told him she was pregnant with his baby

Jul 28 - White Cop k*lls black woman because she told him she was pregnant with his baby. This a cautionary tale. Hope it saves some people. R.i.p. to them. That bi*ch was a whole Blue Lives Matter mammy. A ghetto rat that thought she had transcended into whiteness, because not only was she fu*kin a white man, but a keeper and protector of the white race. She was fu*kin a white male police officer.

Getting the White Right

The most important colour choice we make is the white we bring to our work. The white we choose determines to a great degree what our experience of painting will be: how our colors will tint and mix, how they will feel under the brush or knife, and how opaque our paint layers will be.

Meet the Devil: Surprise He’s White

The following article, Meet the Devil: Surprise He’s White, was first published on The Black Sphere. Who knew it, but the Devil is not red. He’s white. So says every Leftist in America. Meet a woman who believes white people to be devils. And ironically, she’s a virtue-signaling white woman. The racial activism group Dallas Justice Now is asking white parents to sign a pledge not to send their children to Ivy League schools to “help correct historic wrongs.”. “As a white person with privilege both from my whiteness and my neighborhood I recognize the need to make sacrifices for the purpose of correcting hundreds of years of murder, slavery, discrimination, and lack of educational and economic opportunities perpetrated upon people of color,” the pledge said.

I’ll ‘ABSOLUTELY DO IT AGAIN’: Mayor Lightfoot Vows To Discriminate Against White Journos

It’s shocking enough that Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot thinks combatting racism is done by ensuring that only journalists of color get to ask her questions, but it’s absolutely depraved when she doubles down on her intent to ignore non-minority journalists even after millions have condemned her actions as undeniably racist. Mayor Beetlejuice has succumbed fully to the Black Lives Matter, Critical Race Theory mind virus. She has turned into a woke Marxist zombie.

The ‘Victoria’s Secret Karen’, Abigail Elphik, And The Stages Of White Tears

In yet another episode of White Women Are Always Allowed To Be The Victim, I was scrolling on Twitter and discovered an incident between Abigail Elphick, a white woman that assaulted Ijeoma Ukenta, a Black woman, in a Victoria’s Secret at the Short Hills Mall in New Jersey. Many online have dubbed Abigail “Victoria’s Secret Karen,” however, I won’t be referring to Abigail as Karen. While I have used the term in the past, I realize these women are becoming memes and the butt of jokes, and the harm they have caused historically and currently is secondary. However, women like Abigail are treacherous women. As stated in my blog, Karen Is You, “Just looking at Karen, she seems harmless. She is often very unassuming and is non-threatening in appearance. Still, women like Karen have not only supported racism but have instituted and upheld racism throughout history. While the Karen memes are sweeping across the internet and becoming a part of our lexicon, it is important to note women like Karen are dangerous women.” We have seen the impact on Black lives when a white woman cries wolf.

At Least Four Massachusetts Public School Districts Recommend Children’s Book Comparing ‘Whiteness’ To The Devil

There is a children’s book that makes that reference, and several Massachusetts public school districts want elementary schoolers to read it. The book is Not My Idea: A Book About Whiteness by Anastasia Higginbotham. The book has a devil-like figure that offers the protagonist a “contract binding you to whiteness.” The recipient will receive “stolen land,” “stolen riches,” and “special favors,” but if the character signs it, the contract will cause the character’s soul to “mess endlessly with the lives of your friends, neighbors, loved ones and all fellow humans of color.”
