Pittsburgh Pets of the Week: Fuji and Elbrus

Fuji and Elbrus are best friends and need to go to a forever home together. Fuji and Elbrus came to Animal Friends through our Humane Investigations Department. They are both extremely scared and fearful around new people and need some time to warm up to their new family. Fuji and Elbrus also need a lot of help with their housetraining. They will need a patient and experienced family that will work with them on socialization and basic manners in their new home.

Pittsburgh Pet of the Week: Meade

This handsome guy came to Animal Friends as a transfer from another shelter. When Meade arrived at Animal Friends, he needed surgery on his left back leg from a previous injury. Meade spent a considerable amount of time in a foster home and is doing extremely well! Meade may be able to live in a home with children 6 years and older. Meade may be able to live with another dog, pending a meet and greet at Animal Friends first.

Pittsburgh Pet of the Week: Hawn

This beautiful senior gal came to Animal Friends after her owner passed away. Hawn is an older girl, but still has lots of spunk and energy. She is looking for the perfect family to spend her golden years with. Hawn has Chronic Kidney Disease and requires a prescription diet in her forever home. Hawn can live in a home with children 13 and older and she may be able to live with another dog, pending a meet and greet at the shelter.
