Southwoods Adds Four Doctors to Physician Network

BOARDMAN, Ohio – Southwoods Health this week announced the addition of four doctors to its growing network of physicians. Chad Cochran, D.O., is a sports medicine physician who is board certified in both family medicine and sports medicine. Cochran is fellowship trained in primary care sports medicine from Summa Health System in Akron. He received his B.S. from The Ohio State University, his Master’s in kinesiology at A.T. Still University in Mesa, Ariz., and his doctorate from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine.

One person dead after daytime shooting in University District

COLUMBUS (WCMH) — One person is dead after being shot in the University District Thursday afternoon. A Columbus police dispatcher said the victim, who has been identified as Quinten I. Fuller, 24, was shot in the 1900 block of N. 4th St., which is between 19th and 20th avenues, around 3:15 p.m. He was taken to Grant Medical Center and pronounced dead at 3:40 p.m.
