San Diego Padres infielder Adam Frazier is not in the starting lineup for Tuesday night's game against left-hander Sean Manaea and the Oakland Athletics. Jake Cronenworth is moving over to second base in place of Frazier and also covering the second spot in the order. Eric Hosmer is returning to first base and batting fifth.
